Futstars is the training ground for the DMV’s next generation of talent. Our athletes consist of high-aspiring (U7-U12) Travel and Pre-Academy players preparing for the elite jump, alongside current ECNL and MLS Next athletes (U13+) maintaining their edge.

THE YOUTH FOUNDATION MASTERCLASS (Ages 2018–2014)
Target: High-Aspiring players focused on technical mastery. For our younger cohorts, "Elite" is defined by Ambition. We introduce the European training rhythm, focusing on ball mastery, 1v1 dominance, and decision-making before bad habits are formed.

THE PRO-PATHWAY MASTERCLASS (Ages 2013–2009)
Target: Top performer players seeking the 1% edge. A high-stakes, tactical environment designed to push the technical ceiling of elite players. This track focuses on speed of play, tactical IQ, and the mental resilience required to compete at the professional academy level.

The International Masterclass serves as the primary evaluation window for our 2027 Spain International Selection. Players who demonstrate not just high technical ability, but the 'Pro-Standard' habits—composure, tactical IQ, and work rate will receive invitations to represent FutStars against elite international competition in Europe next year.
These opportunities are earned, not purchased. Selection is based strictly on performance, regardless of your current club affiliation. FutStars is club-neutral and player-first.
