The players who improve the most aren't the ones playing the most games—THEY'RE THE ONES MAXIMIZING THEIR DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN THEM.
As the Fall season progresses, many players unknowingly plateau. Team training naturally shifts toward tactical preparation for the weekend, reducing the time available for the technical repetition required to produce long-term player development.
The best players know that's not enough and continue sharpening their technical habits, and fundamental execution that separates elite players from the rest.
THE ADMISSION PROCESS:

Review: Our staff reviews the player’s current level and league.

Acceptance: If accepted, you will receive an invitation to secure your spot.

Commitment: Deposit must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance to maintain your roster spot.
Roster Integrity: To ensure the highest level of play, each age group is strictly capped at 16 players. Waitlists will open once program reaches capacity
Since 2017, FutStars has been the DMV's premier training ground for the next generation of talent. Our athletes range from ambitious U7-U12 Travel and Pre-Academy players preparing for the jump to ECNL and MLS NEXT, to current ECNL, MLS NEXT, and top-level Travel players (U13+) committed to maintaining their edge.

SELECT YOUR PERFORMANCE TRACK
Location: Indoors @ The nZone - 14550 Lee Rd, Chantilly, VA
Season 1 (5 Weeks): September 11, 18, 25; October 2, 9
Season 2 (5 Weeks): October 16, 23, 30; November 6, 13
Track A: TECHNICAL FOUNDATION UNIT
Focus: Developing "Unconscious" Ball Mastery.
Outcome: We strip away distractions to focus purely on the relationship between the player and the ball. We build the unshakeable confidence required to dominate 1v1 situations and reduce turnovers in high-stakes matches.
Target: Players aspiring to play at the highest levels of youth soccer.
Age Groups (Divided by level and age):
- 2018-2014 Boys and Girls
- 2013- 2009 Boys and Girls
Times: 6:00 - 7:15PM
Pro-Rate available when indicating conflicts in the application

Track B: CLINICAL FINISHER & 1V1 DOMINANCE UNIT
Focus: Psychology of the Final Third & Winning Isolated Duels.
Outcome: Difference-makers are made, not born. This program focuses on precision shooting technique, power development, and aggressive 1v1 attacking/defending.
Target: Ambitious players looking to make the difference in the Final Third.
Age Groups (Divided by level and age):
- 2018-2014 Boys and Girls
- 2013- 2009 Boys and Girls
Times: 7:15-8:30PM
