OSCAR FELIU
Founder
Experience, Expertise, and Elite Training
Born and raised in Lleida, Spain, Oscar played professionally in the demanding Spanish National 3rd Division for seven years before bringing his high-level expertise to the United States in 2010.
With over 18 years of comprehensive coaching experience in both Spain and the U.S., Oscar has a profound and proven track record in youth development. His coaching career in Spain included direct mentorship and collaboration with some of the world's most influential soccer minds, such as Albert Benaiges (former Director of F.C. Barcelona Youth Academy) and Pep Segura (former Technical Manager of Liverpool F.C. Academy and current General Manager of F.C. Barcelona). Train with a coach who has learned from the best in the global game.
Oscar's commitment to excellence is reflected in his unparalleled educational credentials. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Science (Soccer Specialization) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Lleida (National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia, Spain)—the highest soccer degree obtainable in the Spanish education system. Furthermore, he possesses the globally recognized UEFA “A” Coaching License.
In the United States, Oscar's elite standing is confirmed by his USSF “A” License and his invitation as one of the few directors nationally selected to complete the prestigious USSF Academy Director course.

Holding a prestigious USSF "B" License, Omar's expertise is nationally recognized—he was selected for the highly competitive 2020-2021 class of the NSCAA's 30 Under 30 Program, marking him as one of the brightest young minds in American soccer development.
