THE GAP BETWEEN CLUB AND PRO DOESN’T CLOSE ITSELF
Futstars is the DMV's premier training ground for the next generation of talent. Our athletes consist of high-aspiring (U7-U12) Travel and Pre-Academy players preparing for the elite jump, alongside current ECNL and MLS Next athletes (U13+) maintaining their edge.
The summer months are where the "Level Gap" widens. While most players use this time to rest, the top 1% use it to transform their technical ceiling and tactical IQ before the Fall season arrives.
The Futstars Summer Performance Block is not extra training—it is a high-intensity environment designed to ensure you return to your club as the undisputed #1 on the team sheet.
THE ADMISSION PROCESS:

Review: Our staff reviews the player’s current level and league.

Acceptance: If accepted, you will receive an invitation to secure your slot.

Commitment: Deposit must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance to maintain your roster spot.
Roster Integrity Note: To ensure the highest level of play, each age group is strictly capped at 16 players. Waitlists will open once program reaches capacity

SELECT YOUR PERFORMANCE TRACK
Track A: The Tactical IQ & Composure Lab (Wednesday)
Focus: Navigating high-press environments and elite decision-making.
The Outcome: We move beyond "drills" into 2v2 through 4v4 game-state scenarios. Players learn to master perception, execution, and composure under extreme tactical pressure.
Target: Ambitious players looking to increase their speed of play and "Internal Game Clock."

Track B: The Technical Foundation Peak (Fridays - Ages 2017-2014)
Focus: Developing "Unconscious" Ball Mastery.
The Outcome: We strip away distractions to focus purely on the relationship between the player and the ball. We build the unshakeable confidence required to dominate 1v1 situations and reduce turnovers in high-stakes matches.
Target: High-aspiring youth players seeking the technical confidence and ball-manipulation skills required to dominate in elite travel and pre-academy environments.

Times: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Track C: The Clinical Finisher & 1v1 Dominance Unit (Fridays - Ages 2013-2009)
Focus: Psychology of the Final Third & Winning Isolated Duels.
The Outcome: Goalscorers are made, not born. This program focuses on precision shooting technique, power development, and aggressive 1v1 attacking/defending. Designed for strikers, wingers, and attacking mids who need to increase their goal output.
Target: Players looking to master the clinical precision and 1v1 dominance demanded at the collegiate and professional academy levels.
