Little Stars Summer 2023 Camp
Does your little one have the urge to run, jump, play and score some goals? Our Little Stars Summer Camp curriculum is designed to help develop their social, emotional and cognitive skills through fun games and imaginative activities. Engaging coaches and age-appropriate soccer activities are the perfect introduction to help inspire your future player!

Oscar Feliu
Oscar was born and raised in Lleida, Spain where he played professionally in the Spanish National 3rd Division for seven years until moving to the United States in 2010.
Oscar has a strong background in youth development with over 18 years of coaching experience between Spain and the United States. During his coaching career in Spain, Oscar worked alongside some of the most recognized soccer coaches in the world, including former director of F.C. Barcelona Youth Academy Albert Benaiges, and former technical manager of Liverpool F.C. Academy and current General Manager of F.C. Barcelona, Pep Segura.
Oscar has completed top coaching education credentials in both Spain and United States. He has a Master’s Degree in Sport Science (soccer specialization) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Lleida (National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia, Spain), which is the highest soccer degree obtainable in the Spanish education system. Oscar also has a UEFA “A” Coaching License.
In the US, Oscar was one of the few directors invited nationally to complete the prestigious USSF Academy Director course and has also obtained the USSF “A” License.
Omar Ismail
Ismail brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience locally and overseas. He played for professional and semi-professional clubs in the United States, Egypt, Holland, Denmark, and Australia. As a youth, he played locally for Reston, Arlington, DC United Academy and U23 teams, and collegiately for Bryant University and University of Mary Washington. While abroad, Ismail has been able to shadow and observe coaches at top professional academies like AFC Ajax, FC Utrecht, Telstar FC, Hellerup IK, ENPPI, Benfica FC, Brisbane Roar FC and Moreton Bay United FC that helped shaped Ismail as one of the top coaches in the DMV.
Omar has previously coached with Joga SC, Alexandria Soccer Association and Reston Soccer Association. As Travel Director at Sterling Soccer Club, Ismail joined in 2018 and immediately made a positive impact on the Academy teams, players, and families. Under his leadership as head coach, the homegrown 2007 and 2010 boys Travel Academy teams have emerged onto the regional scene after establishing themselves as top teams in the state in their respective age groups.
